The Club Gala is open to ALL Ramseian swimmers.

Please remember we are a competitive swimming club and this is your opportunity to support your club and put your training into practice, events covered : -

• 25m events in all four strokes for 6 to Under 10-year-olds (i.e. 9 yr’s at 31 December 2026)
• 50m events in all four strokes for Under 10-year-olds to Open Age
• Additionally, there will be a 100m Individual Medley.
• Under 10 year old swimmers (i.e. 9 yr’s at 31 December 2026) can choose to swim either the 25m or 50m events in their age group but not both distances in the same stroke.
• I.E they can mix and match, for example, do 50 free and 25 fly but NOT 50 free and 25 free.
• Order of events, Freestyle, Individual Medley, Breaststroke, Backstroke and Butterfly.
• Age group awards are under 8yrs (Year of Birth / YOB 2018 or earlier), under 9yrs (YOB 2019), under 10yrs (YOB 2017), under 11yrs (YOB 2016), under 12yrs (YOB 2015), under 13yrs (YOB 2014), under 14yrs (YOB 2013), under 15yrs (YOB 2012), under 16yrs (YOB 2011) & Open (all ages).
• Events will be swum in time seeded order and then broken down in the relevant age groups for the awards.
