Swimmers ASA Category 1 and Category 3
The club’s registration form is attached. The club adheres to the ASA ‘Wavepower’ initiative which is the ASA policy and procedures for protection and safeguarding of children in swimming. The application form attached contains declarations to be signed by the member or the parent / guardian / carer if the member is under 18 years of age.
The Wavepower procedures introduce a ‘Swimmer’s Code of Conduct’ and require us to obtain confirmation that you or your child are aware of the contents. If the member is under 18 years there is also a Parent’s Code of Conduct.
The following are Policies and Codes are detailed within the "Policies" section of this website. You must read and attest to these as part of you or your child's registration.
The members of Ramseian Swimming Club who are under the age of 18 years are Junior Members and have no voting rights at any general meeting of the club.
