🚫📵During Swim England regulated activities, the use of mobile phones and other mobile devices is strictly prohibited in changing rooms.📵🚫 

📱➡️🎒 One simple rule - Keep phones and devices in your bag and out of sight.

This policy helps protect swimmers, officials, volunteers, and spectators from inappropriate photography and video recording. 

Exceptions: 

✔ Emergency situations 

✔ Essential medical use (e.g. glucose monitoring) carried out discreetly where appropriate
